With a rich professional background, Mr. Jennings has contributed significantly to renowned firms such as Clifton Larson Allen LLP, Landsea Homes Corporation, and Smartstop Storage Advisors, LLC. His extensive experience spans various domains, including public and private company audits, mergers and acquisitions, debt financing structures, and real estate operations in diverse structures such as REITs, Delaware statutory trusts, private offerings, joint ventures, and private ownership. Academically, Mr. Jennings holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, as well as a Master’s in Accountancy from the esteemed Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He is a certified public accountant, licensed by the California Board of Accountancy.
