In serving on the firm’s investment committee, he provides insight and opinion on potential acquisition and disposition decisions, and is responsible for ensuring that legal, financial, and investor requirements are met through the creation of tailored equity structures and debt arrangements.
With over 15 years of experience in real estate and a history of over $1 Billion in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, and investment offerings, Dan has a deep understanding of what it takes to successfully manage real estate investments of all sizes across multiple asset types. Throughout his career, Mr. De Leon has been recognized for the diversity and breadth of his industry knowledge and is known for his level-headed, hands-on leadership style.
